St. Joseph statue
Hi, How is everything?
This post is about a statue of St. Joseph which I did in this year.
According to the Gospel, Saint Joseph was married to Mary, the mother of Jesus, and the legal father of Jesus. In the Catholic tradition, just as there are prayers for the seven joys of Mary and seven sorrows of Mary, there are also prayers for the seven joys and seven sorrows of Saint Joseph. Saint Joseph is frequently invoked for employment, daily protection, vocation, happy marriage and a happy death.
- I did a statue in 1 1/2 feet of Saint Joseph. I used natural red clay to create the model. I took a silicone mold and casted in marble paste. I spent one month for this job. Finally I did a great piece of artwork.
